The terms for the free record and the paid kit and watch.

The free record

Read it, quote it with attribution, and check it against the source. It is provided as it is, with no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and no promise that it matches the published text after publication.

The kit

One payment of USD 799. The files are licensed to the buying organisation for its own use and for its auditors and advisers. Do not resell them or publish them as your own product. If the files do not open or do not match the description, email support and the payment is refunded.

The watch

USD 49 a month, billed by Stripe until cancelled. Cancel at any time and the emails stop. The watch reports changes to the public record and to this record; it does not guarantee that every change is detected, and it does not replace the public source.

No certification, no legal advice

Nothing on this site certifies an organisation, and nothing is legal advice. The record is a reading of a standard, and a determination about your own obligations needs your own adviser and the text your contract names.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in the twelve months before the claim.
